Not really sure if this would work, maybe someone can tell us if it would or not. How about putting in one of those plug-in dimmers, so that you control the ammount of power to the incubator so it can't get temps that high? Hope this helps a little, good luck with your incubation this year!

Sounds like your wafer is shot. Try replacing it. I think they are like six bucks. Let me know how it works out for ya.
