female gecko almost adult~ 39g (all correct environment) treated a protozoal & pinworm infection through vet and is all clear. She is mantaining her weight but now seems to have a bacterial infection (SMELLY POOP!) I am assuming like humans that after a parasite infestation they have divits(pockets) in their intestines that catch bacteria=infection. Do you wait for them to heal internally or treat w/ antibiotics??? Please help/ Anyone had the same problem/ outcome?????
