lol
New iguana cage is almost complete other than a few minor things (just aesthetics) and the lighting. Cage is approximately 8hx3wx6l.

Awesome, I can't wait until I finish mines as well. Its for a water monitor. 7' high x 8' long x 4' deep. Going to finish it in the early summers or late spring, wish me luck. Oh yeah, you should put more width into the tank, they climb but sometimes enjoy laying on the floor, I've had one before and while he was young he liked climbing but as he grew he liked to stay near the water more and stay on the ground and chill. Your ig might be different, so I wish you great luck, he's a lucky lizard.

Most of the iguanas that I have had liked to hang out in the higher areas. The two pictured are my latest rescues. They had multiple problems when they first got here. The new cage is for Blue, the big male in the photo.

Good luck with your water monitor's cage. I love building cages. It's always double the satisfaction when you put the critter in the cage and they seem to love it. That is my next project. We are adding an addition onto the house for our two water monitors this spring.

Take care,
JS

Hey where do you learn to do that stuff? I can't find no one here to help me, my dad has no idea and my mom, ha! Its kind of a drag, I just wish I had someone to show me some basics. I'm just going to follow my instincts and see how my cage will be. Hey I posted something about building my cage, if you think you can help me visit the Monitor section of the forum. Thanks, later.

James
