I'm new to this forum and I have a question for all who have had hatchlings. How long does it take for the new guys to start eating on their own? They hatched on 1/19. They had their first shed on the 24th(5 days later). I've looked it up at various sites and they seem to say they will eat after their first shed. Any advice is appreciated.

Some hatchlings will eat the 1st day but I start feeding pinhead crickets on the 3rd to 5th day. Just don't leave uneaten crickets.
