can someone tell me if she looks pregnant?? she's on the same diet as the male, only he gets more food, and he isn't fat but she is. Just tell me if you think she is, cause I wanna know for sure.

I do not know much about this species of skink but she looks gravid from the picture!!! I wish I could help you out more as I have seen some of your post's go unanswered!!!!!!!!!! Stick around this forum though, you may end up being the only person to be able to help others with this species since it appears that you are the only one actively keeping this species at this point or atleast in this forum!!!!!!!!!! Awesome pics by the way, looks to be a pair of very interesting skinks!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks

I don't know what gravid means yet, I'll look it up in a minute. All my posts go unanswered essentially, unless it's someone saying "what species is that". It is annoying. Suprisingly nobody here knows anything about golds- in fact, if someone knows what a skink is, they certainly don't know golds!! Funny story, I've seen more gold skinks for sale in Calgary (where I live) than any other type of skink, including blue tongue. In fact, I've seen more (numerically) than any 3 other skink species combined. This leads me to believe that people/persons are breeding them alot in Calgary...But as of now, nobody knows anything!!!

Thanks for the reply, I'll stick around in case someone decideds to partake in the gold skink asskickingness

They sure are good names!! They are so quirky that I had to give them names that were fun.
