Just get any old AC adapter and wire it up (strip the end adapter wires and attach them to your fan). An adapter with multiple voltages will allow you to control fan speed.

Do you have any old playstations, scanners, printers, phones (etc)? If so, there should be a small black box with wires in which to control the amount of voltage. Its called a transformer.

Take that, and in printing, it should say on it AC= 120, DC= (?...usually 12). Take your fan, and match the number next to DC, or even smaller than the number for less voltage. Use electrical tape or something to connect them together, and plug it into your wall outlet.

One note on doing this: You want to watch the milliamps, as some of those adapter push way too many amps. This could cause the adapter and the fan to die, and or the adapter to overheat. I like to use the 300ma ones, with the voltage selector on the front.

You can also use old powersupply if you have one.

As kyle said, watch the milliamps. Its a good idea to use half the required voltage for the fans.

Also note, i use fans to cool my lights, not for air circulation.
