Can the two live together in a tank that's set up to accomodate both their natural environments?
They are found on different continents (N.America/Australia?)
Therefore a no, no...
Even the most rudimentary information on both of the species will tell you that they are incompatible. The most serious traits of each species are their temperature requirements. The tree frog of course will require somewhat tropical temperatures, where as a tiger salamander absolutely requires temperatures no higher than 75 degrees Fahrenheit. Ideally they would be in the 60 to 70 degree range. Tiger salamanders do well in the dark plastic shoe box tucked into the corner of your closet, whereas the tree frog obviously would do better in a well planted aquarium.
