This is a CB-110 rack i built yesterday. Those are 3 foot boaphiles just to make a comparison. I have to wire it up, put some guide rails and casters on it.

Very nice. Let us know how having the boxes slide out width wise works. It's generally best not to do that with large boxes but the CB-110's are so sturdy I'm sure it will work fine.
I assume that whatever is between the rack and the Boaphiles is what you used to distribute the weight?
Thank you. I thought about the width situation. Those CB-110 are very study and i think it will work well. That was good advice about the space on the side for thermometer placement. I'm still debating on where to place my flexwatt. Belly heat would be the best considering i do not presently live in a temp controlled enviroment. Coldest it gets in here is 60, i'm not sure if back heat would be enough. I'll try both ways...see what temps i get.
Oh yeah, that space between the rack and boaphiles is the top of a folding table. It has two metal beams running length wise. The cloth is a blanket(fire-proof) i got from airtran.
