patternless goini kings

where can I info on who works with these .I hardly see them at the shows. I would like to get me a pair.

I suspect you're talking about the "true" Apalachicola King that has yet to be named. These are rare and highly-sought after kingsnakes. When - and if - they become available they will be very expensive and getting a pair would be nearly impossible unless you collect them yourself; that being said the state of Florida will almost certainly put this newly named species on their list, thus legally protecting them.

A warning to you as advice. I used to live in Tallahassee and I can tell you that when this snake is described by herpetologists that people all over the place, but especially around Tally, will be trying to sell you snakes that they will call the patternless, true Apalachicola Kingsnake. I would be very careful about purchasing any snake by that name without doing some serious looking into it.

I'm not trying to be negative here - blotched kings are probably my favorite patterned kings and I used to use the handle "goini" - but when the taxonomy of this snake is resolved the herp-selling world is going to jump all over it...just be careful.
