Mold in roach bin--Serious?

SaveFerris Jan 27, 2004 07:56 PM

Ok i found blue mold on the slices of orange i put in my roach bin. When i took it out some nymphs were on the mold and probabally had eaten some. I cleaned the dish the moldy fruit was on and put new fruit in.

Will this kill my whole colony? Do i have to track down and separate the roaches that touched the mold somehow?

anyone?

It shouldnt really effect the roaches ...But the ones that ate it ...I suggest u dont feed off to ur herps because it could be deadly.!

Your colony will be fine. You just need to get better ventilation and check your food everyday.
