As for the bowel movement retention, that all depends on the animal. But, generally speaking, bloods and short-tails for that matter, can hold out for pretty extensive periods; mind boggling if you ask me; considering their little bodies. At any rate, I wouldn't get too worried. They usually go about every 2 months and even longer sometimes. Warm soaks and a water bowl for them to soak in while in the enclosure might help stimulate a bm.
As for the ecdysis, they are notorious for retaining longer than usual opacity periods than any other boid type that I have ever worked with, especially older animals (2years and older). They tend to be in the blue, for about 10-12 days when they are young and longer when they are older, but generally this is about right for SST's and Bloods.
