This is something you need to test out.
No one can give you a definete answer. You need to go out and buy a digital thermometer, dont bother with the cheap round ones you buy at the store they suck. Go to the local store and spend the $10 on the digital thermo, its a godsend.
You need to measure the temps with the lightbulb you are using. Put it directly under the light, then the farthest point.
But no one can give you a perfect answer due to, the type of cage you are using, the room temp etc etc...
