What phase is my corn? Amel or Reverse Okeetee?

It is just a reference to a particular color pattern of an Amel. A reverse okeetee has wide white bands around the orange saddles, sometimes to the point of having virtually no saddle left, just the white. An okeetee (which is a normal) has wide black bands instead of the thin black bands of a classic normal. So when an amel has wide white bands, the reverse color of the wide black bands of an okeetee, it is refered to as a reverse okeetee - but it is an amel. Just as sunglows & candy canes are amels, just a designated color pattern for amels.
I would venture to say yours looks like a regular amel but your picture needs to be clearer in order to see for sure.
