i've been wanting one for a while and trying to find out as much as i can about them

how many crickets a day will a baby eat
how large do they have to be before they can eat mealworms and super worms?
is there any alternitave to insects to feed them? like meat or soemthing? looking for a way to keep my mom happy and she hates the bugs
im thinking i most likely wont be able to get one till i move out and can start breeding roaches (my mom refuses to let me get roaches)i tried breeding crickets but the babys didnt last very long

yeah so food seems to be my biggest problem at the moment

i've been reading the posts after i put my Question up
canned Dog food is ok or not ok?i've seen mixed answers about this on care sheets, and is it possable to suppstatutes earth worms or compost worms for crickets until their big enough for superworms and other larger prey?
