Hello I haven't posted in a while, but I am leaving for a trip in Costa Rica this friday. I have been fattening my frogs up with lots of fruit flys, pinheads and baby hissing cockroaches. All my cultures are just about dead, and I don't have time to make any new ones. I was planning on putting a culture in the tank with a small hole in it so that the flys would crawl out slowly and the frogs could have food for the week that I am gone. Does anyone have a good suggestion for a place that can get me a culture in the next few days so I can have it ready by friday? Any other ideas for feeding frogs while I am gone?? Thanks for all the help!

I have been getting my feeders from flyculure.com. Their fruit fly cultures’ production is incredible. Have fun in Costa Rica!

i got tons of flies if you are near NYC i would be happy to give ou some. yeah Derek's fly cultures rock.

Thanks but I can't I live in california. I made a single jar of media and I'll get some flies from a biology teacher at school tommorrow Thanks though!

Sweet, your going to Costa Rica. Nice, I can't wait to go; I would like to go some time in the fall. I haven't set a date yet. Anyway I have ordered from Black Jungle and gotten my order in the matter of a day or two (but I also live in MA.). when I ordered from Flyculture.com I received my order in 2-3 days also. I hope this helps some.
