If you breed a patternless to a blizzard you will get all normals, they will have patternless and blizzard genes. From what i've heard, its extremely difficult to get double recessive traits to show up with a blizzard. For some unknown reason. So, if you had a patternless and an albino you could eventually end up with PA's, but i think its really hard to combine recessive traits with blizzards. But after mating offspring, you could eventually end up getting more patternless and blizzard geckos.

I've been under the impression that inbreeding doesnt cause too many problems in reptiles. But, i personally wouldnt do it. But i dont think it has too much of an adverse affect. You should probably wait for a breeder's response for that question.

IMO you would be better off to breed back to one of the parents. There is a bit more diversity doing this than breeding sibling to sibling. But you could probably do it for a generation or two with no ill effects.
Personally I wouldn't do it. The closest thing I get to that is breeding neice/nephew to aunt/uncle.

thats just the way I'm doing it though, people inbreed reptiles all the time.
