SCABBY SORES AROUND MOUTH MAKING IT DIFFICULT FOR HER TO EAT
I HAVE BEEN PUTTING AN ANTIBACTERIAL SALVE FROM THE VET ON IT BUT IT DOES NOT SEEM TO BE GETTING ANY BETTER OR WORSE...

Where the sores similar to lumps at first? I've run into this before & the problem appears to be too much calcium. I use Miner-All but if you use this w/ a vitamin supp that also has calcium in it that's where I've run into problems. While chams need the calcium, too much can cause other problems (from what I've heard) It's hard to get a strait answer from the experts on the correct amount of calcium to use.

A side note I've also run into cronic edema problems w/ Miner-All (don't get me wrong its a great product but you do have to be carefull when you use it). Also I've heard gutloading your crikets w/ Cabbage helps agaisnt edema (I've tried this & seems to work)

I still use it sometimes but I also use rep-cal now also. And I have had success with gutloading with cabbage to stop the edema. I read that it is the iodine in the cabbage that helps with the edema. I had initially switched to miner- all because it contained iodine but have had better results with using cabbage.
I also believe that a good healthy gutload is one of the best ways to get the needed calcium and vitamins to your chams especially once they are adults. I have been dusting only occasionally and sparingly for my adults and am getting better results.
