Anyone know of a good one that would be good for a beginner to start off with and planning to get a panther?

One question about care... (reading a bunch of care sheets)
Is there any problems I will run into being indoors? Will the UV light help with the live plants photosynthesis, my room is pretty dark.
UVB lights are necessary for the chams but won't do much for the plants. You need basking lights, UVB lights, and standard fluorescents for brightness. And putting the cage in a window location also helps a lot. And before you buy any cham PLEASE read everything you can get your hands on. Start with the pardalis profile in the taxonomy section of www.adcham.com and then read all the husbandry and vet articles at www.chameleonjournals.com. And under no circumstances buy a cham that is less thyan 4 months old!!!!

You obviously didn't read the 100 or so posts I made on leopard gecko care before I got one lol
check out the Kammers' website. here is a link to their complete cage setups: www.calumma.com/Screen-Enclosures.htm
While you're there, cruise around their site and check out the setup check list. There are lots of other sites as well, and of course this forum to ask questions.

as for the plants you may want to supplement with an additional fluorescent plant bulb (home depot has them cheap). But if you get plants that will do well in low light such as pothos, spider plants, snake plants, many ferns etc.

I'm not sure what you mean by "care package". If you meant care info, I agree with other posters. If you meant a package deal on setup supplies I don't think there is one. Most of the package deals I see contain things I end up replacing anyway with better choices. A rule of thumb: if the there isn't enough light in the room to keep plants healthy a cham won't do well either.
