I HAVE HAD MY BOA FOR BETWEEN 4-5 YEARS SINCE SHE WAS A LIL BIGGER THAN A HATCHLING... I NOTICED IN THE LAST WEEKS THAT AT SOMETIMES IN THE DAY SHE IS VERY GREY, & LATER ON THAT DAY SHE SEEMS TO HAVE TURNED A DARK BROWN COLOR... THIS IS MOST NOTICEABLE ON HER HEAD & ALONG HER BODY WHEN SHE TURNS BROWN/TAN... SHE IS NOT IN OR CLOSE TO A SHED... I AM JUST CURIOUS IF ANYONE ELSE NOTICED THIS OR EXPERIENCED THIS.. SHE IS VERY HEALTHY & EATS REGULARLY & ALL THAT...

Yes that is normal for your boa... many of my snakes change color...throughout the day even. Sometimes they look like completly different snakes. One of my females is a nice light peach color (shes a striped boad 100% het albino).. the skin around her eyes tends to darken from time to time... i mean its a HUGE difference. Sometimes i used to thing that it was that shes too cold.. but i dont believe thats the case.. if she needed a warmer temp she could just move to the other end of the tank.. right underneath the radian pannels

YEAH I PRETTY MUCH FIGURED IT WASN'T A PROBLEM... THANKS ALOT FOR THE RESPONSE... I GUESS I NEVER REALLY PAYED AS MUCH ATTENTION AS I DO NOW... SHE DOES LOOK LIKE A TOTALLY DIFFERENT SNAKE SOMETIMES THO..
