feeding ButterNut Squash daily?

I was wondering if Butter Nut squash would be good to have in my
igs daily food dish?

Yes Butternut squash is a great staple veggie that can be fed daily along with the great dark leafy greens like collards, mustards, dandelion etc...good luck...Lyn

Butternut is an excellent staple. For variety, rotate between that acorn and spaghetti squashs.
