I'm new hear so thanks and have a greatday
i recently purchased the thermal air/still air hovabator from LLL reptiles. My herp room's temp. fluctuates constantly throughout the day, and dry running the hovabator it was able to stay at a constant temp.. before purchase i was contemplating on whether or not i should get the turbo fan, because it was stated that it could stay at a temp even if the room temp changes. but upon reading some posts and replies from [in my opinion] knowledgeable breeders here on kingsnake, i changed my mind. they said that they dry out the eggs, and the temps get too hot. i tried doin research on the different incubators available, and to me the [still air]hovabator is the best and most reliable when compared in price.
I use the Little Giant brand. It has a solid state thermastat instead of the stupid wafer. I have both and the Little Giant seems to work a lot better. My reptile room drops to 70 degrees overnight and the Little Giant has a constant temp. of 84 degrees
