Hi Rachael and Sue, No reason they do these things that we know of except they like doing it, they are extremely active little guys that jump their day away, I have one that jumps to the screen every few minutes while I'm in the room, he may want to come out, he may just be having fun, some of my others never do that, As far as the water mine will run throught it , stand in it while they drink and most of the time create the famous SAND SOUP , where the bowl just becomes a big wet gob of sand , for us to take out and clean, but they sure have fun all day doing it !!! You will notice many crazy little antics from these entertaining little and colorful lizards. Have fun watching, they always put on a show ! And congratulations on your new collared. ( I remeber awhile back I was on the gecko forum as I have a uroplatus heneli and I remeber when your crestie lost his tail ! :0( Hey have a nice weekend, Eve

this is what they had to say,"Eve is not as sweet as she likes to think,a few weeks back a pic was posted of a collard in its owners hand-eve decided that the "finger" in view was in fact something quite sinister,so there you have it!LOL

UP & Up around here, That so called pic brought much attention, because of its appearance, BUT... we all know that what you think you see is not always the case, and the person Jesper, was CLEARED of all charges ! :0) As I told Mr. Eddington the other day, I may be like playful kitten, but I'm a very nice Puddy cat! Hehhehhehehhehee , it's always fun messing with your head Jason, in a NICE way ! Oh back to collared talk how are your eggs? Mine are doing well so far ! Eve

Hatch, I have 7 brewing, and I'm like a mother hen wathcing them to make sure they look okay ! Hey as far as the close up pics you say ya can't because you only have 1.3 megapixels, so do I, just read the directions, you can take a macro shot ! Good luck ! Eve
