A couple pictures, and a sexing question

ravenspirit Jan 29, 2004 12:39 PM

Heres my big (12" shell) Ally snapper, Totem, who I think may be a male..Anyone know how to sex these guys, or in particular what to look for ?

Do the females have a "buldge" in front of thier cloaca or is that only see in the males ?

Nice Pictures!

Keep an eye on that little pink guy. I almost lost mine a few months back ( Its in the back posts )
They are more fragile and get sick a lot easier when they are young.
Once they get a little size on them, they get a little stronger.
