There are different methods for bending plexi. Depending on the application of it, you can turn your oven on 350 or so, and make a mold out of cement blocks and place it on to warm... you can also wear some high temp gloves like Ov gloves and warm it to where its flexible and bend it by hand, re warming when it gets cool.
***But if you remember shrinkydinks... The plexi glass WILL shrink when heat is applied.***

Also, you can go to HomeDepot and get a cheap propane torch, and on a test piece find the distance where it won't scorch the plexi and use it to heat it up.

But remember that it will shrink as it warps...

When I made a basking platform for my turtles, I made a ramp out of plexi. I wanted a pretty straight angle so I just took a torch to it and slowly bent it. If you want a more rounded bend you would be better off using the oven technique.

If you have several bends to make you can buy a bending bar at a plastic shop. It's a heated strip that you set the acrylic over.

There are two commonly available bending bars on the market. From what I've heard one is much better than the other. Unforunately, that's the extent of the detail I remember.

OR if you're mechanically inclined and won't electrocute yourself, I can get you a tubular heater (free, or darn near) that you can use to bend plastic. You would have to make a holder for it though. I work as a design engineer for an industrial manufacturer of process heating equipment and temperature sensors. We don't make any comfort heating products, but lots of other things.
