I let my red tegu female fully grown roam my room at times. In the room there are places that are about 6 feet high and i was wondering if she fell from that height if she would get hurt. Thanks for any answers.

tegus are terestrial. a fall from that height could be a serious problem

On that note I can't see a grown tegu climbing that height unless that is the only basking option.
