What does it mean when a gecko does not shed for a while?? What is it sign of???

Nothing. (Usually). It just means that your leo is older so it isn't growing anymore and dosen't need to shed as much.
OR
your leo is so young that is sheds and eats it's skin so fast you don't even see it.

Just keep feeding it reguarly and be sure it has a humid hide to go to. (If you don't have a humid hide they are more important than you think)
