Hi, when do males resume their normal, more lethargic behavior?

My Male Hog who is too young to be bred will eat, even though he
is constantly on the move, but my male Dumerils won't. It's
amazing that they are able to detect the seasons, even with the
TV on all night and indoor room lights on at night. I guess the
natural sunlight they get is enough for their internal clocks to
go by. Thanks for any info...............tc
