Still trying to reduce stress on my new guys to make them more comfortable, does anyone think providing daylight/white light for a few hours a day as sun would make them more comfortable?

I do this as it helps raise the ambient air temps as well. For me the under tank heaters are good but they don't provide all the heat that my leos need. I would recommend both as a combination based on my experiences. That way they have belly heat and the air is warm as well as providing a photoperiod.
