Please take a look at this chart. It lists a lot of foods and how often it is ok to feed them to your beardie. I always feed at least one staple a day, sometimes a secondary staple, and 3-4 times a week I mix in fruit for a treat. I never use anything that is marked on that chart in blue, yellow, or red. Everytime I go to the store I buy different combinations of the healthy foods. I think the most important thing is to offer a lot of variety and dust with calcium and vitamins regularly so that your lizard is getting all the right nutrition.
