So Ive been worrying endlessly about my female not eating for 3 weeks. I finally convinced myself that it was normal due to the hibernation/brumation because she still acted fine and looked healthy. Well last night I was feeding Elvis (the baby male) and on a whim decided to see if Cleopatra (i didnt name her) would eat. for the last 3 weeks its been an endless struggle where we offer her food, and she turns away night after night. We did that for 2 weeks and then last night after a week of not even offering her food she ate 6 large/fat mealies and 2 waxworms. I was extatic! And then right after Elvis did the exact same thing with small mealies, it was great! I just thought I would share....im still really happy about it if you cant tell.
