Put as many hides in as you can. Dont leave a spot of the tank completely open. They hate that. They hate being exposed in an open space. Just leave them be, dont look them in the eye, only put your hand in to change water, mealworms or crickets, or to clean up poop. I would do all that for at least two weeks. I have a gecko right now that i've had for two weeks and she still wont come out of a hide, so i'm not bothering her, i've seen her eat, and i'm just going to wait until she gets comfertable. Hope this helps.

Does moving the larger leos to another tank help?

Hmm I didn't know about that hide thing, I'll put some more hides in. Hmm guess I'll put those bridges back in as well...

What if they come out and stare at me? lol I have one that does that.

Some of my geckos will "request" to be handled/taken out of their enclosure to explore by staring at me or gecko dancing at me

-don't leave uneaten crix in cage
-put cage in quiet area of house
-house individually
-keep handling to a minimum, especially if gecko is under 4-6 mo. of age (exception- if gecko seems to do the gecko dance at you asking to play, climbs up on your hand, etc...then handle when gecko "requests" it- try to "listen" to your gecko. If it is stressed when handling it will let you know- e.g. be squirmy and jumpy)
-Don't disturb hide when gecko is in it
-make sure hides are available at a variety of heat gradients, so that your gecko can stay hidden while they thermoregulate
