I am not 100% convinced it is a Cuora (Pyxidea) mouhotii yet.
It is pretty odd looking, but I see similarities with Heosemys spinosa.

Any chance you could post a shot of the plastron? H. spinosa willl have a radiating pattern on each plastral scute. C. mouhotii should have a yellowish plastron with a dark spot on each scute.

The color is a bit off on this one, but it is a slightly different view. The color on the first one is accurate.
