This a Bloodred that we recieved from Walter Smith.
We are in the process of proving this trait out.We
do have another male 03 hatchling from the same breeder
that shows the same trait.Any opinions on this snake would be welcomed.

Very interesting.

Are you thinking it is just the white belly creeping up the sides or a sign of piebaldism?

Also, did the snake look like this when it was a hatchling, or did it develop this white as it grew?

If you prove it to be piebald, treasure that one, because it's going to bring you lots of $$$$$.

This snake actually hatched this way.We hope that some of its offspring will hatch with even more white.Maybe they will even have white independent of the belly colors.Were're keeping our fingers crossed.

That is one beautiful snake-I just love seeing that pure white. My dream snake is a piebald B.P. (just waiting on that winning lottery ticket LOL), and I'm trying to talk hubby into a white-sided black rat (can you imagine-he thinks 3 snakes are enough!) I've always thought a white-sided bloodred corn would be awesome, and that pic sure does invoke dreams of a pied bloodred. Please keep us all posted on how this project proves out for you-I'll be the first in line!

cool stuff, I have always thought if pieball did pop up in corns it would go best with bloodred.anyway keep us posted.bye the way was Walter S. selling those as morphs or did you just luck out?
