Fire belly toads are actually a fairly simple creature to take care of. I recommonend if u r getting 1 or 2 fire bellys that you should put them in a 10 gallon tank (for the screen it is best to get one with an easy access door). They do like to swim and i would get some sort of bowl for them and leave it about half an inch off of the ground so that crickets dont jump in it and die. The bowl should be like 5x5 or 6x6 or around there. You can use gravel ( beware if they are eating the gravel take it out and get some other substrate. Adults can eat large crickets. you should have atleast 2 sorts of hides for them. For the temperature i just leave it at room temp which for me is 75ºF.

You can house 1 in a 10 gallon tank then add 5 gallons for each toad afterwards.Although someone on the leopard gecko forum keeps 2 of them in a 5 1/2 gallon tank with gravel.( not naming anyone )I also think its better to have a half land half water setup its more natural.
It may be natural but you are losing alot of money on crickets because when they want a drink they will accidently kill themselves... Thats why you should get a bowl and put it half and inch off the ground and when you put the crickets in the tank you very carefully take off the hind jumping legs do that the crickets wont go into the water causing death. Also if the cricket dies in the water and you forget to get it out, it can cause bacertia to grow.
