Whoops! Be careful! www.beautifuldragons.com is an excellent site for nutrition information, but the site overall is geared for bearded dragons, which do have very different husbandry needs.
For info specifically for uros, you can go to www.deerfernfarms.com - wonderful source for all things uro, and on the general care sheet, he mentions differences between species when they exist. You can also go to www.kingsnake.com/uromastyx/ for several great care sheets.

Although some information may be universal among reptiles, I would recommend researching uromastyx information from people that own or have owned uromastyx and who have direct long term experience with the species. A few names that come to mind are: Douglas Dix, Lindsay Pike, and Audrey Vanderlinden. Most of these people have research papers and care sheets which can be found by searching the web or within this site.
