When i am feeding my cham silkies does he still need the calcium dust?

Yes,but you only need it like 3 times a week!
enless your cricket food has the calcium in it

that is a rather vague question. How old? What species? What else are you feeding? The reply you got from Tarentola
was general as well. 3x a week? Sounds like a lot to me - you don't want to over-supplement. Post a few more particulars and wait for a more responses.
