How big do Clouded Monitors grow to and what are suitable housing conditions for them?

Okay this didn't come from me but from research. I have no experience with clouded monitors.

Clouded monitors are the subspecies of the bengal monitor. In fact why don't I just give you the website so you can view it, so if its false I don't get blamed for it.
