Is over-feeding something to worry about?

mikeandmegan Jan 31, 2004 12:35 PM

Well, weve recently gone from a stricyly CGD format to alternating crix CGD. Our little girl seems to like crix alot more than the CGD, and her appetite is voracious. Do we need to worry about over feeding, or will she just stop when shes had enough? she has easily eaten 5 or 6 appropriatly sized crix at a time. she is a little over 2" snout to vent, and feeds on the "small" crickets.

thanks,
mike and megan

I don't think you need to worry. Young animals should be fed on a daily basis. Remember, she still has some growing time left.
