aight...i am just curious on this matter. Does it matter how often you switc around the hided and stuff in their tank. I am just not sure if this will stress them out way to much or what not...

Your right. It will stress them out. Heck, it would even stress me out! I hate moving 
They will get used to cleanings, maybe even look forward to it, but if you change everything then they will have to readjust to their new environment.
If you just haven't decided how you want their set up yet, go ahead and get it how you want then leave it alone.
