ok, this may seem like a foolish question, but when monitors are free roaming, are they housebroken? especially with waters which can be really smelly. I have heard of housebroken iguanas and tegus that will use a bath tub or a rubber container of some kind, but I was unsure as to whether it was possiable with monitors. I know a lot of lizards are on a cycle, so you can just wait until they go before letting them out. I was just curious...

I don't know if you would call it house broken or not,but my Blackthroat only goes in a certain corner of my bathroom when she's out(everytime).I put newspaper on the linolium floor to make clean up easier.I think she probably can still smell something there and likes to make me clean it up
