sure, put some shelvs in there to climb and bask on. some fake flora ( pull hard on it to make sure the leafs wont come off) somed climbing sticks. water pan to soke and poop in. you can see the cage for one of my iggys on this site, http://greeniguanas.towernetworks.net go on the main page and click picture post. than change gallery. my gallery is called YoshiandBeanin I have pics of them and one of beanins old cage.

You know, whenever I do some sort of set up, I never follow other people's setup but rather what I want. However, what your setup should include are places to climb like a ledge, logs, branches. You should also have a large water bowl, cause iguanas like to swim. I'm uncertain about a hiding spot. Make sure he can't touch the heating equipment. That is all. Be creative, test it out if something wrong happens, just fix it and correct it until you are satisfied with it at the end.
