I'm trying to figure out how toxic it is to beardies.

I'm wanting to clean some wood items and am wondering if it is necessary to rinse thoroghly with water and if it is also necessary to let it dry for an extended period of time.

Lemon quat, germ quat, mint quat. Big apple carries it in diluted and small amounts, you can usually find it a feed and seed store or cattle store in a gallon jug that you can dilute for a lot cheaper. I think a gallon jug that makes several gallons is about $17

Nolvasan just has the added thing that is helps debrief an infection area on the animal and they can drink it too so if you have to treat mouth sores its okay.
