Our state is currently facing several proposed legislation issues considering reptiles, including a state reflection of the 4 inch turtle ban. I was wondering if anyone knew of any herp rights organizations that I can look into to fight this?

You have a link or more info? The 4 inch turtle thing is a Food and Drug Admin issue. Considering what the carnivals are up to, it may be a good thing to reinforce this.
When you say reflection of the 4" ban, do you mean the sale, or the possession of a turtle under 4"? It's a federal reg that makes the sale illegal.
