eve, about the veiled

grnbasilisk Jan 31, 2004 03:55 PM

my veiled is a pretty big [bleep]. he'll hiss and lunge at you when you put your hand in the cage but once you get him out he's okay. he's never bitten me he's all show. and about the okay, my female is nice, and the male is a huge ass. he'll draw blood just about anywhere he bites you minus like your whole thumb pad or something tough like that. they're still fun and don't scare me any.

i'm planning on getting 2 sambava panther chameleons at the next reptile swap i go to in chicago on the 7th. should be fun!!

nosey Be's Yeah I heard from a few people that panthers were less agressive.

Have to really save for a nice pair though. They are expensive, if ya want nice ones.
