Has she ever laid eggs before? How old/big is she? Most of the time when a female gets egg-bound, it is because it is her first clutch, she is too young or small, she is hypocalcemic, or there is no appropriate place for her to lay her eggs. Make sure she has a hide that contains moist vermiculite, and give her plenty of calcium (relaxes smooth muscles like her uterus.)
If she is not eating and appears to be straining, she probably needs to go to the vet for an injection of oxytocin. This hormone will cause uterine muscles to contract. It works best when given shortly after an injection of liquid calcium, and may need to be repeated a day or so later. If this does not work, she may need to have the eggs surgically removed.
