field herping in pa

anyone know of any good places to find some herps in central pennsylvania. I have a few old spots but just looking for some new spots once this dang snow goes away.

like,..Lebanon, Lancaster, York, Dauphin counties, and places around there

I spent time seeking animals in the Lancaster area and found the following, so if you’re interested in locating some of this animals, let me know and I’ll try and dig up my field notes.

Northern Dusky Salamander, Desmognathus fuscus
Northern Two-lined Salamander, Eurycea bislineata
Long-tailed Salamander, Eurycea longicauda longicauda
Eastern Mud Salamander, Pseudotriton montanus montanus
American Bullfrog, Rana catesbeiana
Northern Green Frog, Rana clamitans melanota
Eastern Snapping Turtle, Chelydra serpentina serpentina
Eastern Box Turtle, Terrapene carolina carolina
Midland Painted Turtle, Chrysemys picta marginata
Northern Ring-necked Snake, Diadophis punctatus edwardsii
Black Rat snake, Elaphe obsoleta obsoleta
Northern Water snake, Nerodia sipedon sipedon
Northern Red-bellied Snake, Storeria occipitomaculata occipitomaculata

Hey, Where have you found the Eastern Mud Salamanders at? I've only found them in Cumberland and Adams Counties. Also I know a few locations for spotteds, bogs, and woods, but for obvious reasons I'm not going to give them out.

Spotteds, bogs and wood turtles. Sorry I didn't clarify.
