what snake is this?

hi! can anybody help me in identifying a snake that is black on the top with neon blue sides, a red v shaped head and a red tail? The orgin of the snake is Kuantan, Malaysia, South East Asia.

Probably Maticora bivergata flaviceps-commonly known as the blue coral, or Long glanded snake.
