I have a baby veiled chameleon in a 16Lx16Wx30H screen cage my house is like 60 degrees in the morning and around 70 in the day would a 60 watt bulb make the basking site 93 degrees and the rest of the enclosure around 75-80degrees?

It is impossible for us to predict. Get the bulb and set it up. Then measure the surface temp of a perch in the basking area and measure the resulting temp. If it is too hot, move the light away from the cage or move the perch farther from the light.
