Space for Leopard Frogs?

I have a 20 gallon tank (1/2 water, 1/2 land), and 3 leopard frogs. How much room do I need for each? Do I need more room? I want to buy another one. Can I?

I'd hold off on buying another until you can get a bigger tank. I have two in a 30-g long tank, and they still seem cramped to me. I'd buy the biggest tank I could afford; a 55-gallon long is a good size for four leopards. They do have the ability to grow quite big, especially if female.
