The reason I ask is because usually when I goto work in the morning (usually 7 a.m.) Pogo isn't usually warmed up enough yet to want to chase down any crickets..His lights usually come on around 6:15 and I usually try to feed him right before I leave. His temps at basking spot is usually around 92 degrees by then so he usually is there soaking up the rays...So what I found he likes is his dropper feeding....I have a whole gang load of syringes from his coccidia treatment and I have been feeding his "SHAKE" from the syring that consists of REPCAL PELLETS,COLLARD GREENS,BUTTERNUT SQUASH,and apple. I always add some supplement too..Usually T-REX-Sandfire VGF, and some calcium...Now what I need to know is this. The syringe's hold 1.00 cc of this mashed crap!!! How much would fill his belly to the equivelant of a regular morning cricket feeding? He usually can scarf down about 2 syringes no problem but I didn't want to push it. I don't want to overfeed and I'm sure with the foods I grind up and supplements he's getting all his nutrients...I usually give him his crix when I get home from work and before his last meal of the day...Well thanks for any info you may give me and sorry it's sooo long!! GO PATS!!
